Technical sales & project planning (m/f/d) — renewable energy
As an established family business, we combine tradition with the number one technology of the future: energy storage solutions. With our product "OmniCube" we are conquering the agricultural and industrial market. We are not looking for tie-wearers who read out datasheets, but practitioners who know what they are talking about.
Your mission: sales with technical depth. You are the link between our technology and the customer. Your focus is on sales, but you stay true to the technology.
- Market development: you look after farmers, commercial customers and partner businesses in Austria and actively win new customers for our storage solutions.
- Technical consulting: you don't just sell, you solve problems. You check feasibility on site and size the systems.
- Project preparation: you prepare technical concepts and offers, and support commissioning or technical questions when needed — you are the expert for your product.
- Trade fairs & networking: you represent us at trade fairs and build long-term relationships.
What you bring: "electricity in your blood & appetite for success". We are looking for personality and technical understanding, not a straight-line CV.
- Education: a completed technical education (HTL electrical engineering / mechanical engineering / mechatronics) OR an apprenticeship (electrician / mechatronics technician) OR an agricultural background with an extremely strong technical understanding.
- Type: you are a doer — maybe just out of training or with first work experience, and you want more than standing on a construction site.
- Competence: you understand volts, amps and kilowatt-hours, and you can read a circuit diagram.
- Manner: you are good with people, communicative and confident (a handshake counts).
- Mobility: category B driving licence and willingness to travel within Austria.
Our offer: a secure job in a family business, a high-quality company car (also for full private use), laptop and smartphone, intensive product training, and an attractive base salary plus performance-based commission.
Statutory note on salary: for legal reasons we point out the collective-agreement minimum salary of € 2,124 (or € 2,518). What counts for us, however, is your performance and technical understanding: we offer a starting salary from € 2,800 gross (incl. variable commission/per diems) plus a company car (also for private use).
